Biography
Attorney Kathryn E. Stanfill is from Clarksville, Tennessee. She graduated law school with a J.D. and MBA, as well as Pro Bono Honors and a Business and Transactional Practice Certificate. While in law school, she received a book award for Florida Law Survey. She was active in various organizations including Honor Counsel, Moot Court, Phi Alpha Delta, and Phi Delta Phi. Additionally, she interned at the State Attorney’s Office for three semesters. Currently, Kathryn is active in various bar associations and is presently on the Boards of the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association and Jacksonville Bar Association, Young Lawyers Section.
Aside from practicing law and volunteering with bar associations, Kathryn loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys reading a good book at the beach, attending local sporting events, and just hanging out with her dog, Majors.
Her areas of practice include, probate, including probate for personal injury and wrongful death, probate and guardianship administration, estate planning, and landlord/tenant law throughout the State of Florida.
